IRVING, Tx. — UD jumps off to its best start ever with a three game winnning streak, pulling their latest win off after a late Millsaps College comeback. UD at one point had a double-digit lead, but the Millsaps Majors outscored the Lady Crusaders 36-35 in the second half.

Close to half of UD\'s points came from the bench, with Junior Guard Shanie Cardinal (Houston, TX) scoring 13 and nabbing 5 steals. Sarai Smallwood (Senior Guard -- Irving, TX) provided valuable minutes, scoring 5 points and grabbing 4 offensive boards in just 10 minutes.

Senior Guard, Kristy Malone (Rosenberg, TX), again lead all scorers with 19 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists. Kelly Robertson (Senior Guard/Forward -- Eugene, OR) also tallied 10 points and was perfect from the free throw line (3-3).

Sophomore Forward from Ridgeland, MS, LaReina Adams, lead the Millsaps Majors with 18 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists in just 17 minutes of play.

UD faces Southwestern University after the Thanksgiving break, Tuesday, November 28th at 6pm with the men\'s game to follow at 8pm.
