Benedictine senior guard Amanda Burditt led all scorers with 17 points on a five-of-10 shooting night, including four-of-six from long range. Burditt also grabbed six rebounds and had a game-high five steals, as well as two assists and a block.
The Eagles' junior center Tamika Curtis registered her fifth double-double in six games with 15 points and 11 rebounds. She complimented those numbers with three blocks and two assists. Curtis hit six-of-12 from the field.
Senior guard Dana Sullivan was the only other BU player with double figures, tossing in 11 points.
The Muskies' lone double-figure scorer was Jenna Boehm, who had 10 points. Boehm also snared eight rebounds. Brittanie Paulus had a nice all-around game in the loss, scoring nine points, grabbing nine caroms and dishing off four assists.
Lakeland's Danielle Duranceaus had four of her team's seven blocked shots.
