Junior guard Craig Hannon led the Titans with 23 points, while senior guard Nick Adams and senior guard Greg Rosatelli each had 16 points.
Hannon was 7 of 12 from 3-point range as he attempted just two other shots from inside the arc to finish at 8-14 shooting from the field. As a team, the Titans shot 40.3 percent from the floor (31-77) including 37.8 percent (14 of 37) from 3-point range.
The Panthers (1-2) led by as many as 11 points (55-46) in the second half after leading 40-38 at halftime. Westminster was able to erase the lead, however, as senior guard/forward Dom Joseph nailed a 3-pointer to tie the game, 74-74, with 2:24 remaining. Joseph finished with 11 points as one of four Titan double-figure scorers.
Pitt-Bradford re-took the lead on its next possession and wound up taking a four-point lead with 35 seconds remaining on a lay-up by Dan Thomas. The Panthers made of 5 of 6 foul shots down the stretch to secure the win.
