Baruch (6-1, 2-1 CUNYAC) held several double-figure leads during the first half, but the CCNY Beavers fought back each time to get close behind the excellent three-point shooting (7-10 3FG) of Kimberly Neos.
CCNY (1-4, 0-2 CUNYAC) trailed by five (52-47) three minutes into the second half, but Baruch went on a 16-2 run to put the game away as freshman guard Chiresse Paradise scored 10 of her 21-points during the run for a 68-49 lead at the 12:51 mark.
The lead grew to as much as 28 points as Baruch won their sixth overall and second in the conference with the 85-65 victory.
Sophomore Ally Stamatiades finished with 10 points and five rebounds and assists.
CCNY was led by Neos with 29 points and Sonia Fukushima added 15 points and 11 rebounds.
