The game was a tale of two halves for Baruch who led by 17 points during the first half, but saw the Lady Bears stage a furious comeback in the second half to take a nine-point lead and go on to victory.
Michelle Softy led the way for the Lady Bears with 23 points, while Graff added 15 points and nine rebounds.
Diane Ramirez led Baruch with a career-high 21 points, seven assists, five rebounds, and four steals.
Jessenia Marrero scored 18 points, Cathy Gonzalez 10 points, and Alexandra Stamatiades grabbed 12 rebounds to extend her double-digit streak of rebounds to five games.
Baruch will visit Brooklyn College on Saturday afternoon with tip off scheduled for 12:30 p.m. A win clinches the number four seed in the CUNYAC Tournament next weekend at York College.
