Baruch 57, New York City Tech 44

NEW YORK — Jessenia Marrero scored 25 points to lead Baruch to a 57-44 victory over New York City College of Technology in a CUNYAC game played Saturday afternoon at the ARC Arena.

Baruch scored the first basket of the game and never trailed the rest of the way in picking up their sixth home win of the season.

Camille Manning led the visitors with 20 points and eight rebounds. Nichola Hall scored four points and grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds.

Every single Baruch player scored, including Cathy Gonzalez (8), Christine Klusko (4), Christine Hermoso (6), Vanessa Leung (5), and Daina-Marie Henry (5).

There were also some great individual performances such as D.J. Lui with six assists and Diane Ramirez with five assists and three steals.

Baruch will host Yeshiva in a non-conference game Monday night at the ARC. Tip off is scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
