Baruch led from start and finish, and closed out the first half with a 11-0 run for a 35-21 lead going into halftime.
St. Elizabeth cut the lead to 10 points (49-39) with about 12 minutes remaining, but Baruch next went on a 21-2 run to put the game away for their third win of the young season.
Junior forward Jessenia Marrero scored 22 points, four steals, and five assists in shooting 9-20 from the field. Chiresse Paradise added 14 points, seven assists, and six rebounds, while Melissa Freeman scored a career-high 15 points and Diane Ramirez dished out 12 assists, eight rebounds, and four steals.
Jenny Clermont scored 15 points and Mary Kate Lanzo had 13 points for the College of St. Elizabeth of New Jersey (0-2).
Baruch will return to action next Wednesday, December 1, at 7:30 p.m. as they host Yeshiva University in a non-conference home game in the ARC Arena.
