Stevens Tech (14-6) jumped out to a 12-point halftime lead and held off a late Baruch rally to win their 14th game of the year. They shot 48 percent (12-25) in the second half and nailed 13-of-17 free throws during the game.
Baruch (18-4) was led by Ally Stamatiades with 13 points, while Diane Ramirez & Racquel Reid each added 12 points.
Jenna Gambino led Tech with 17 points and nine rebounds. Jackie Pannell added 14 points and seven rebounds.
The Baruch women's basketball team will return to action this Wednesday night as they host CUNYAC Rival Hunter College as part of the Lexington Avenue Classic. Tip off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
