The Pipers (7-17, 4-16 in the MIAC) missed their first 10 shots from the floor while the Cobbers (19-4, 17-3) opened the 15-point lead. Pearson added four assists and two points. Senior Jamie Visness scored eight points during the span that lasted 5:51.
In the first half, Hamline was held to 27 percent shooting on 8 fo 30 from the floor. Meanwhile, the Cobbers were 8 of 11 from the three-point line in the first half. They were 18 of 29 (62 percent) from the floor.
The lead grew to as many as 39 in the second half.
Concordia shot at a 61 percent clip for the entire game. They were 11 of 15 from the arc. Visness netted 19 points, including 4 of 6 from three. Amanda Levos was the only other Cobber in double figures with 11 points.
Hamline was paced by junior Laurisa Ewert's 23 points. She was 8 of 19 shooting. First-year Allison Bratsch tallied 11 points in the game.
