The Baruch Bearcats defeated City Tech, 88-31, in a CUNYAC Athletic Conference women's basketball game played on Friday night in the ARC Arena.
The Bearcats (9-5, 6-0) jumped out to a 22-2 lead in a game that saw every available player receive at least 14 minutes or more of action.
Sophomore guard Naesha Tyler-Moore (Matteson, IL/Rich Central) led the way with a career-high 15 points, six rebounds, five assists and five steals.
Chiresse Paradise (Chicago, IL/Rich Central) scored 14 points, while Racquel Reid (Bronx, NY/Washington Irving), Christine Hermoso (Ozone Park, NY/St. Francis Prep), and J.R. LaFontaine (Richmond, CA/Deanza) each scored 12 points.
Amanda Zieminski (Staten Island, NY/Curtis) led the Yellow Jackets with 11 points.
Baruch will next play this upcoming Monday with a non-conference game on Martin Luther King Day against Manhattanville of the Skyline Conference. Tip off in Purchase, New York is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
