No. 22 Montclair State (13-0) overpowered Widener 77-34 to set a new program record for season-opening victories.

York (Pa.) stifled another opponent, this time holding down TCNJ in a 56-48 Spartans' win. York (Pa.) has held seven of its 10 opponents below 50 points. No. 18 Southern Maine and Baruch kept rolling with wins over Dominican and UW-Platteville respectively. Catholic (10-0) also stayed perfect by beating Pitt-Greensburg 76-58.
