Johnny Elefterakis
Elefterakis averaged 21.5 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists in
a 1-1 week for the Black Squirrels of Haverford. He registered a career-high
29 points with nine three-pointers in an eight point loss at Ursinus.
Sam
Gioia
In his last two games as a Hawk, Gioia paced Hilbert with 23.5 points,
5.5 assists, and five rebounds per game.
Doug Espenson
The senior averaged 23 points and 7.3 rebounds in three games for the
Golden Gusties. All three games pushed their win streak to 16 games.
Larry Welton
On the week Aurora made their debut in the D3hoops.com Top 25, Welton
makes his second Team of the Week appearance. The freshman guided the
Spartans to a 3-0 week with 27.3 points on 60 percent shooting while adding
and 8.3 rebounds per game.
Seth Hauben
Hauben propped flashy numbers last week in two games, leading the Yellow
Jackets with 27 points and 16.5 rebounds per game.
Abby Moose
Moose was busy for the Wolverines laying 24 points, six rebounds, 3.5
steals and two assists per game in wins over Thiel and Bethany.
Ashley Edwards
Concordia found themselves in a must-win game last week against McMurry
and Edwards stepped up with a 33-point effort. The senior followed that
game with 34 points against Hardin-Simmons in a narrow one point defeat.
For the week, Edwards averaged 33.5 points, eight assists, and 5.5 rebounds.
Leslie Mehrlick
Averaged 19 points and 7.5 rebounds in a 2-0 week for the Grizzlies as
they claimed the HCAC championship last week. Mehrlick came off the bench
to score a career-high 30 points in Franklin’s 91-61 win over visiting
Hanover, knocking down 11 of 12 field goal attempts.
Sarah Shogren
Shogren, a senior, led the Pirates to a pair of road victories by averaging
24.5 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, and 2.5 steals.
Jenny Knight
Knight averaged 16.5 points, 19 rebounds, 3.5 steals, and two blocked
shots in a 1-1 week for Hartwick. She finished with game-highs of 22 points
and 20 rebounds, 13 of which came on the offensive side of the ball, in
a narrow loss to St. John Fisher.
