Rene Davis
Caltech, which is riding a 49-game losing streak dating back to the 2004-05 season, fell to Southwestern (Ariz.) 85-80. It's the closest loss since they defeated Southwestern on Jan. 7, 2005. Davis led the way with 28 points, 16 rebounds, six assists, and four steals.

Kim Blakney
Blakney, a freshman transfer playing in her first game as a Ram, she posted 17 points, 9 rebounds, five assists, and five steals, in a 67-64 win against Merchant Marine. She also hit two free throws after making two steals in the last 25 seconds of the game to increase the lead.

Meghan Pajonas
Pajonas averaged 23.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.5 steals while leading WPI to a pair of victories. On the week, she made 21 of 21 from the charity stripe.

Ashley Marble
Marble led Southern Maine to a 60-57 come-from-behind win at Western Connecticut, recording career highs in points (30) and rebounds (19). She scored nine points in the final four minutes of the game.

Kelli Brasher
Brasher averaged 15 points, 10.7 rebounds, and three blocks in a 2-1 week for the Lady Wildcats. She had 28 points and eight rebounds in the 61-57 overtime win at McNeese State, the first victory by a Division III team over a Division I since 2003.

Men's
Virgil Gray II
Gray averaged 25.5 points, six rebounds, three steals, and 2.5 assists in a 2-0 week for the Ducks. He had 29 points, seven rebounds and four steals in a 74-69 win over RPI. Gray followed that performance with 22 points on 8-of-12 shooting from the field during a 92-71 win over Tufts.

Abe Woldeslassie
Woldeslassie led Macalester to a pair of 90-point performances over Concordia-Moorhead and Augsburg, averaging 29 points and 5.5 assists.  He scored 26 points and dished out 10 assists in a 92-70 win over Concordia, and then scored a career-high 32 points in a 90-76 win over Augsburg. Woldeslassie shot 70% from the field (21-for-30) and 62-percent from behind the arc (8-for-13).

Troy Ruths
Ruths averaged 24.5 points and six rebounds while shooting 91% from the field (19-of-21) as the Bears posted two victories last week. He had 21 points in an 81-65 win at Webster, then had a career-high 28 points on 11-of-12 shooting in the Bears' 70-59 win at Chicago in the UAA opener.

Brendan McNally
McNally had a career-high 35 points and added seven boards for the Cougars in a 94-76 win over North Central (Minn.). He was 13-for-16 from the field, 3-for-4 from three-point range, and made all six of his free throw attempts.

Amir Mazarei
In the Bulldogs' run-and-gun style of play, he averaged 40.5 points, eight steals, 4.5 assists, and 3.5 rebounds in victories over Whitman and Pacific Union. He shot 18-of-51 from behind the arc in the two wins.
