The Centenary College Athletic Department announced the hiring

Twomey as our new men’s basketball coach. His
successful playing experience includes many accolades.
Brendan's passion for the game and positive outlook is a blueprint
designed to build a winning tradition for our men's basketball
program. We look forward to his contributions to the Cyclone
community!”
During his time at Stevens, Twomey helped guide the team to a

All-Conference selection in his sophomore year and First-Team
All-Conference selection his junior year. This past season, Twomey
helped lead Stevens to a 20-8 overall record and an ECAC semi-final

named the Empire 8 Conference Staff of the year and was given the
Schoenfeld Award in 2008-09, given by New Jersey officials for
sportsmanship in the state of New Jersey.

Coordinator for the NBA, analyzing and editing game film for the
NBA, NBDL, and WNBA and was selected as one of two scouts to
analyze the FIBA America’s Championships for the United
States men’s basketball team.
Twomey also has experience working as the acting Sports
Information Director and Special Assistant to the Director of
Athletics for Mount Saint Mary College where he received a degree
in business administration in 2004.
As a player, Twomey played professionally for Merry Monk Ballina

Regional All-Star, Division III News All-American Honorable Mention
honoree, Skyline Conference Player of the Year, and two-time ECAC
and Metro Writers Basketball Association selection.
Serving as a captain his junior and senior seasons, Twomey became
