Adrian College forged a tie for first place in the MIAA with a 69-63 victory over Albion College Wednesday night. The Bulldogs led by 13 with 1:30 left, but Albion knocked down three 3-point shots to pull within four with four seconds left. Jovon Mosley (Detroit/Warren Lincoln) led Adrian with 18 points. Dennis Mason (Ferndale/Academy of Oak Park) posted his first double-double of the season with 14 points (tying a career high) and 10 rebounds. Wesley Reed (Piqua, Ohio) and Mitch Gabriele (Hillsdale) added 14 and 11, respectively, for the Bulldogs.
 
Albion's J.C. Cruse (Detroit/Grosse Pointe South) led all players with 20 points. Anthony Wash (Redford/Redford Union) was 3-of-4 from 3-point range for 11 points.
