(Aurora, N.Y.)─ Terry Harrison (Brooklyn, NY) was selected as the NEAC Men's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week. Harrison, a 6'5" junior forward for the Wells, was selected for his strong offensive play leading his team to a 2-0 week in conference play. Harrison finished the week with 48 points (24/game), 21 rebounds (10.5/ game), 7 assists (3.5/game), 4 steals (2/game), 2-for-6 from three point range (0.333 percent), 12-for-14 from the foul line (0.857 percent) and 0.395 shooting percentage. Harrison receives this award for the third time this season.
Harrison finished with 19 points and eight rebounds in a 69-55 victory over SUNY Cobleskill before finishing with 29 points, 13 rebounds, and four blocks against SUNY IT, including the game winning shot with 22-seconds remaining.
Harrison and the Wells Express return to action next on Feb. 9 when they take on NEAC foe Morrisville St. at 7 p.m. in Morrisville.
