March 3, 2017 Ithaca Holds on to Beat RIT, 65-62, in NCAA First Round ITHACA, N.Y. – In front of a capacity crowd inside Ben Light Gymnasium on Friday evening, the Ithaca College women’s basketball team defeated visiting Rochester Institute of Technology in the opening round of the NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Championship. Ithaca has now won 14 straight games and improves to 25-3 on the season heading into tomorrow’s matchup with SUNY New Paltz.

Ithaca Defeats Stevens in E8 Title Game, 77-74 HOBOKEN, N.J. – The Ithaca College women’s basketball team punched its ticket to the NCAA Division III Championship with a 77-74 victory over Stevens Institute of Technology in the Empire 8 Conference title game inside Canavan Arena on Saturday afternoon. With the win, Ithaca is now 24-3 on the season and extends its winning streak to 13 consecutive contests.
February 24, 2017 Ithaca Advances in E8 Tournament with 63-55 Win over Hartwick HOBOKEN, N.J. – The Ithaca College women's basketball team will play for an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Championships tomorrow afternoon after a 63-55 victory over Hartwick College in the Empire 8 Conference semifinals on Friday evening inside Canavan Arena in Hoboken, N.J. Ithaca, now 23-3 on the season and making its 10th straight trip to the Empire 8 final, will take on host and top-seeded Stevens Institute of Technology (16-9) at 4 p.m. The Bombers have now won 12 consecutive games.
