    Wesleyan took down No. 1 Trinity (Conn.) and ended the Bantams’ 32-game winning streak in front of a capacity home crowd, while No. 15 Calvin defeated Hope in the latest installment of The Rivalry. Elsewhere, the top three teams in the WIAC fell and Ohio Northern got the upset win it just missed a month ago.

Wednesday afternoon in Mitchell Hall. The Eagles, ranked third on this week's D3hoops.com Top 25 Poll, improve to 6-0 on the season while the Johnnies drop to 2-3.

    Catholic came from 19 points down in the second half, while UW-La Crosse rallied from 16 points down and the Cardinals and Eagles kept their teams in the NCAA Tournament for another night, as Catholic defeated Roanoke in overtime and UW-La Crosse knocked off Illinois Wesleyan. Meanwhile, WashU got the better of Wisconsin Lutheran again in the rematch, and the No. 1 seeds all advanced, handily.

    Whitewater, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's basketball team opened its Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) season with a 88-74 win at UW-Whitewater Wednesday night in Kachel Gymnasium in Williams Center. The Eagles, ranked fourth on D3hoops.com, improve to 7-0 overall while the Warhawks drop to 4-3. UW-Whitewater was also playing its conference opener.
